Walmart Supercenter at 9450 Joliet Road, Hodgkins, Illinois.

This Walmart continues to go downhill. I’ve been going to this Walmart for years and the service here has gotten really bad. Always long lines and poor attitudes. And never go at night. The staff you can hear them using profanity openly in front of customers. As a manager I was very shocked to see this kind of behavior I’ve even seen some of the staff together holding hands as if they were on a date but in reality they’re at work. Don’t bother calling there either it’s a waste of time. You could probably drive there quicker than you could a response and when you do get a response they just bounce you from one department to another. Sorry for the negative review but I would really like to see my neighborhood Walmart bounce back from this and go back to the way it was.

Really good place to go especially since it’s 24 hours! :) depends on time that you’re going because it gets super packed.
